Who has Been Successful Losing Weight and Keeping It Off?

Wait a few years and the Ozempic stuff will be at the store in a pill form. Nothing will ever change - to many $$ riding on unhealthy people. They will just find a drug to make more money off of that which curbs your appetite. The yoyo we see now will be nothing to 20 years from now.

    Churchwardens

Savinelli made a plain bowl CW only labeled Aged briar that I really wish I still had. I believe it was a #313.

    First Attempt - Dismal Failure!

All of the things you mentioned are the cause. Try again, and don't fret. There is a learning curve but you are on the right path. Dry 3x longer than you think and sip 2x lighter. Oh, and I am sure they pipe is fine.

My Experience with Lbepen Deoxidizer [with pics]

I agree with georged, and others, on this one. Removing material is the only way. I still soak unknown stems in something, getting as much gunk out before starting is still a good thing?, maybe, 10-15 mins tops.

What Are Your Favorite Pipes To Collect?

I posted a thread about a Grabow set I put together. That has been fun. I have ran the course over the years but now i only purchase pipes that I have a connection to somehow. It may even be a repair or a mod.

    PSA: Check Your Tins Folks!

Sorry if already asked, if say a cellared tin was compromised, in such a way that it was not noticed by the owner, how long would said owner have to check his tin before the tobacco is too far gone to save?

    1792, WHG, What's Next?

G&H will offer you your bulk needs, but the availability can get sketchy if you focus on one blend. Try as many as you can in small one ounce samples. Hopefully online vendors still allow that, as it really helped me narrow down my choices on what G&H blends I cellar.

    Estate Pipes

For ghosting, you can setup a Ozone thingie in a box and it works wonders. They are cheap on amazon.

    Taurus Auctions

the recent Taurus Auction that was advertised here googled it for you - I figured georged would be critiquing each of the pipe makers that sold a pipe for over 500. :) https://bid.taurusauctions.com/auctions/4-BBXIP0/october-pipe-auction

    Taurus Auctions

I think I put a Grant or a "frog" on about every pipe i liked in the recent Taurus Auction that was advertised here. Out of like 15 bids I won just this Kilarney pipe. With all the fees it ends up being an overpriced estate if you look at ebay. It is barely smoked so not a horrid deal, but...

I could never figure out all the nuances of flakes, ribbons, shag, crimp, blah, just food processor it for a second or two. Smokes like a dream. :)
