    I go through months of smoking once or twice. Then there'll be weeks straight when I have two pipes a day. I do find taking short breaks helps a lot with discerning tastes and subtly for myself. But to each their own. Currently on a 2 bowls a day binge and loving it! :)

    On honor of this thread it tried it out. I have a handful of mini clay pipes from Penn Valley. I wanted to try this Virginia flake from sir John broken flake that I've been hoarding. With three years it's not bad. this tiny pipe mount not be doing it justice though.

    Hello! Back when I started smoking pipe in earnest, I bought this cheap (but expensive for me at the time!) meerschaum ostensibly manufactured by CAO. The stem is a little off balance when screwed on. The bottom line is that it smokes fine but if there's a fix, I'd like to try it.

    This exact thing happened to me. It's most unfortunate. I get not smoking inside rental units; but no where on the grounds!? Highly frustrating. I rent a house now, so still no smoking, but I have a porch and back yard now to relax in. When I'm not working.

    I get restrictions on where folks can smoke by doors and such. But even SFSU had smoking areas when I went there in the early 2000s. That's annoying! What do you do for work?

    They do look similar to a couple Kaywoods - I belive comrade Stalin smoked a cherrywood pipe iirc, and smoked flur de Herzegovina or some such thing that was a cigarette tobacco.
