    Hey folks. Picked this up from a retired gentleman whose dad was into pipes. Tried to take a pic of the only lettering on it, and cant make out what it is. Any help is appreciated. Also, is that white collar part of the pipe, or did the stem snap off? It came from the guy w/o stem. Thanks

    Did a quick wash of the stem with simple green and itll remain a display piece in my collection. Theres no way I could smoke it with so many other modern cobs I have. That amber color really grows on me.

    Welcome, from eastern WA state. I read somewhere recently that Seattle Pipe Club blends are near impossible to get bite from. You might try Deception Pass and see. I'm still learning the ropes as well, but I've yet to get any serious bite from it.

    Awesome design, good sir! Dyed leather to indicate which pipes go where (green for Pete's, red for italian, dark brown for english, etc) would be a neat feature. Perhaps allowing 1 side to detach to adjust colors on the rails as pipe collection grows. If that makes sense? Nonetheless...
