I recommend that you copy the image address from the Youtube video open it up in a tab then full-screen the video just to get a "real" sense as to how big that place really is.
I find it incredible that the Harley Test Riders don't drop those big baggers up in the top lane.
You can't even walk up those banks wearing shoes. You have to walk up them in bare feet because even good athletic shoes won't hold.
Coming down... I don't even want to go there. Even if you sloooowly come down in a spider walk you will end up at an uncontrolled dead run before you reach the bottom lane.
I've been there many times. I even remember when there were no buildings in the in-field.
It's less than an hour from the house most days, but race days... upwards of 3 hours.
6 to 10 hours coming home after a race. (just a few folks there)
