Actually found it. I had something in my head like, Shut the Fork Up but it is just called Shut Up & Eat. If you try a breakfast sandwich!

The olive spread has to be right.
Sawyer’s on E 1st is great, as is the one from Phoenicia on Burnet Rd.
Sawyer’s fried egg sandwich with boudin is pretty tasty too
