This was super delicious! Beef Massaman Curry. Massaman curry is a rich, flavorful, and mildly spicy Thai curry. I made it medium spicy though.
Cajun Gumbo with Chicken and Andouille Sausage. Hot sauces: Crystal has more flavor. Tabasco has more heat and vinegar kick. Lori likes Crystal better, and I like Tabasco better.
Tabasco plays the perfect role in certain dishes with the "pop" of vinegar. For a "table sauce" I've been leaning towards Frank's Xtra Hot sauce lately for heat and flavor.
Wow. We have some real chefs in here. Somebody invite me over for dinner. lol
Ham, Butter Beans and cornbread and Iced Tea supper don't get any better than that.
Garam Masala Pork Chop with Couscous, Spinach, and Sun Dried Tomatoes.
Roasted Cauliflower & Fennel Soup with paprika, cumin, miso, spiced chickpeas and more. Boom! Flavor-bomb.

These were frozen peas and boxed chicken, both doctored up a little.
