This was super delicious! Beef Massaman Curry. Massaman curry is a rich, flavorful, and mildly spicy Thai curry. I made it medium spicy though.

Wife sent me to the store with a list, found everything ok but you should've seen the look on the face of the produce lady when I asked her where the shit ache mushrooms were. After I showed her, my list is when I found out that wasn't the way you pronounce Shiitake. made for a pretty good meal no matter how you say it.

Cajun Gumbo with Chicken and Andouille Sausage. Hot sauces: Crystal has more flavor. Tabasco has more heat and vinegar kick. Lori likes Crystal better, and I like Tabasco better.

Tabasco plays the perfect role in certain dishes with the "pop" of vinegar. For a "table sauce" I've been leaning towards Frank's Xtra Hot sauce lately for heat and flavor.

These were frozen peas and boxed chicken, both doctored up a little.
