Lately I've been having a Cream Soda with my pipe and I've really been enjoying it.

Coffee or tea, I can't drink anything carbonated while smoking it makes my tongue confused with flavors and textures, also I don't like carbonated drinks anyway.

I really enjoy iced tea with a pipe. Surprisingly, McDonald's sweet tea is pretty tasty.

Alcoholic or Non?
Non-alcoholic beverages exist?
In all seriousness, when not hitting scotch, bourbon, vodka, coffee liquor, red wine, sparkling wine, stouts, or porters, I've been known to smoke with coffee, coke, or tea.
Yes to OJ, been my favorite liquid as long as I can remember. Not sure that it works well with smoking though, but I normally finish a whole glass in a drink or two.

Right before I light up my evening pipe, I head out to the barn with a big old tankard and fill 'er up with fresh milk from my best Holstein, Old Bessie. Nothing like a fresh, warm glass of milk straight off the teat to sip as I smoke.
Best,

I would have to say coffee cause its the only thing I feel that enhances the pipe experience. I love my scotch and whiskeys but I feel that pipe smoking and whiskey are both tasting experiences better enjoyed on there own or else they would conflict with each other too much.
But never again anything of the diet pop nature the aspertan really enhanced tounge bite for me and it is the worst feeling ever.

There was a tea I dearly loved, then the stores stopped carrying it. Had a very earthy and smoky flavor that was perfect with a pipe. Lapsang something. Wish I could find it.
Heya Pete. I think you're thinking of Lapsang Souchong. It's a fully oxidized Chinese tea which is traditionally dried over a wood fire. This gives the tea leaves a smokey character. Sorry your local tea shop doesn't carry it, it is a lovely tea... I bet you could order it online.
I, like many others, like to smoke with coffee (black) in the morning, something sweet during the day and evening, and then with my adult beverage of choice in the evening. My sweet drink of choice tends to be a sweet soda like root beer, and my adult beverage is either a single malt Scotch or a hoppy IPA, or a Guinness, or a nice red, or a... well you get the idea.

Coffee in the am. Water or gatorade through the day. And either brandy, cognac, or whiskey in the late afternoon and before bed.

Depends what i'm doing during the day. If its a nice sunday I'd stick to some form of black tea for pretty much the whole day.
If its a work day (i'm a student so by work, I mean right essay's and read) I'll drink scotch. Doesn't really matter what type of scotch. I tend to enjoy blended, single malt 12 years, 14 years, 18 years. Just scotch, sometimes ice, always water. I always stop drinking several hours before going to bed also. Though I maintain the puffing.

I prefer sweet tea. I try not to drink alcohol much anymore, but I thoroughly enjoy the taste of beer, so I usually keep some O'douls around. I do still have a beer or mixed drink from time to time though. I also like cream soda while smoking. Right now I'm drinking Pepsi, which is not a real good match with the Blue Mountain I'm smoking, oh well!

Since I've gone non alcoholic at the start of the summer...
Coffee in the morning...
Cream soda in the afternoon (actually very nice with a pipe, must be A&W)...
Hot tea at night (really enjoying Honey Vanilla Chamomile)

Coffee (in the mornings)

Water

Beer

Jack Daniels on the rocks.

Pretty much the same as " tamer291 " has posted.

I would have to say that this pretty much sums it up for me on the weekends.

Coffee, tea and water usually during the week.

Depending on which pipe I choose, I'll drink a little tobacco juice when I smoke. :x
In all seriousness- red wine with a Latakia-laden English blend. Coffee, whiskey, rum, or water with Virginias.

Coffee and tea are great. Beers can be ok, but I find that whisky pairs better with pipes/cigars as far as alcohol goes. To me, Scotch tends to overpower the more one-dimensional flavor of cigar, so I prefer a bourbon with those, but any good whisky works with a pipe (probably because I smoke latakia blends almost exclusively). Also, a dark rum with VA blends is a surprisingly good match. This fall, I plan on trying a nice fresh cider with a pipe.

Coffee in the morning. As noted it goes with any tobacco. In the evenings I like to drink black teas with my smoke. My favorite is Twinnings Irish Breakfast. Other nights when I enjoy a beer or wine I do not like to mix drinking alcohol with the pipe although I always enjoy a bowl afterwords later in the evening.

+1 to the Irish Breakfast, pairs well with any tobacco I've tried so far. It's also just a really delicious strong tea.

What I have found to be the best non-alcoholic drink for me while smoking is fresh brewed Luzianne Iced Tea with a bit of lemon and sugar.
