Usually it's water for me, just to keep the mouth wet. On occasion when it's cooler out I'll drink green tea. I rarely drink alcohol with my pipes.

I love good espresso and have a couple of lever espresso machines. I usually have about 3 double shots per day but never thought about having one will smoking my pipe.

Depends on my mood. Usually a micro-brew with my cigars. Usually my own roasted coffee or tea with a bowl. Always have a water chaser regardless. I've been known to have either my favorite single malt or two fingers of fine whiskey with either though.

Coffee during the day, Bourbon at night, typically Bulleit these days. I enjoy single malt Scotches quite a bit too, but find they're just too much next to a pipe at the same time. Sadly, this means I drink less single malt than I used to. Or - conversely - my pipes save me money because a good single malt is hella more expensive than pipe tobacco. A good beer is quite nice too, though I'm not much of a beer drinker in general and rarely keep anything decent around.

Honestly for me, it is tea every time. Whether it is ice cold sweet tea, or hot irish breakfast tea with a smidge of honey. Tea always tea.

Ice Tea all day every day. Goes with any pipe. Numi Gunpowder green is my current choice. On occasion I will pair up with Wild Turkey or Jack Daniels but I need to be careful with these as I have been known to over-indulge..
Used to love beer but I no longer drink any beverage with bubbles..I miss the red bull more then the beer!!

Ok, a singe malt Scotch or a craft brew beer can be transporting, but consider this: With a

sophisticated aromatic like Peterson Special 2013 Reserve (or any of dozens of others)

in a wide, deep bowl, try a cup of Bonomelli Chamomile tea brewed real strong. The big

bowl pipe will open out the tobacco flavors, and the tea will play a really intricate counterpoint

to the burning leaf. This is similar to a pipe organ concert in a cathedral, with all of the range

of chords and voices in play. Try it, you'll like it.

Wow! I just read my old post on this thread, and I see I was on my "no-beer" kick!

I'm glad that's over!
Nowadays, I like a good dark beer (stouts, porters, brown ales) with most blends, especially English/Balkan blends.

Lighter colored beers are better with bright Va's and aros.

I very rarely drink the hard stuff, but will occasionally take two fingers of rum or whiskey with my pipe.

Sweet tea goes with anything!

Cream Soda or a YooHoo can be good choices too.

And of course, you can't leave out coffee or hot tea.

Black coffee, iced tea, or an occasional bourbon. I mostly smoke at night so it's possible that any one of those might make the menu.

Italian soda if it's hot out and hot Chai on a cold day. Otherwise water or the occasional OJ with my first pipe of the day.
