Stellar cigar day playing golf. Juan Lopez No 2, Vegas Robaina Famosos and Bolivar Petite Corona. I'd have to say the VR was the best but all were very good.

Have you had the VR Unicos? I've been working through a box of Don Alejandros. I like them, but like all Cuban double coronas (in my experience, anyway) they tend to start off a bit slow and I'd like a bit more of a "concentrated" experience. I've been curious about both the Famosos and Unicos.

Not much of a cigar smoker. But, last night I had an Acid Krush. Very nice experience. I’m guessing it’s the “beginner aro” of the cigar world, but I really enjoyed it. Cool smoking, not harsh like I recall some cigars in the past. Perhaps pipes have taught me to better understand smoking technique and flavor nuances.

I share your opinion of DC's. I don't smoke them anymore, I lose interest before they're 2/3 finished. Both the Famosos and Unicos are excellent, 2 of the best Cubans going now IMHO. Just a matter of which size you like better. Famosos is the perfect size for me. PM me your address, I'll send you a couple of Famosos, don't have any Unicos right now.

Ramon Allones Small Club Corona. There are 2 types of cigars in my box from 2019: plugged ones that require the Perfect Draw tool, and plugged ones that are &#%^* hopeless. Today's was the former, and nice, but I do find myself wondering whether it's worth the heartache. 'Better off with a Bolivar' is my current motto.

Smoked a Partagas Black Label Pyrimide6380BF1B-2688-4C55-8F6F-EFFD57C03811.jpeg, with a nose bleed, meds I’m taking blood doesn’t readily clot, smoked it with a lb of Tissue in one nostril, made the nose bleed bearable. Finally stopped, love the early mornings, I hear the cows mooing for their feed, egerts are going crazy in rice field just cut, neighbors donkey braying and doves chiming in.
