JC Newman Yagua. Not sure if the photos capture just how funky this shape is.

It was decent. I had it as a second cigar so my palate was a bit fried. Had a kind of salty flavor I didn't care for initially but it settled down after an inch or so. Had a nice, lush draw with some maduro "ripeness." I'd be happy to smoke another but probably won't buy any more. I think they're a limited edition, anyway. Glad I tried it and I bet the broadlead and maduro fans will find it up their alley. I'd give it a CA rating of 88 or so.how did you like it? Almost bought a couple yesterday.
Aristocrats? Super Partagas?I forgot its name, but I think I like the Habanero a bit more.
Aristocrats? Super Partagas?
Sounds like it. Do you find the Habaneros a touch sweeter, and maybe a bit lighter in body, than the Shorts? That's been my experience, though I've consistently had better construction from the Shorts. It was shorter than an "Aristocrat", ergo shorter than a "Super Partagas". Could have been a "Short". I had it lying next to a Ramon Allones Small Club Corona, which was the same size to my eye.
