Yeah, that batch was from SM, I was thinking about doing some of the Ethiopian this evening.Do you get your beans from Sweet Maria's? If so, I had that same dry-process Sumatra Gunung Tujuh and liked it too.. I don't know if you do espresso, but it makes a really interesting shot too. I just finished off a batch of Ethiopia Guji Buku which was another killer "natural"/dry-process.
