Just finished watching JOKER starring Joaquin Phoenix and Robert De Niro. Very good, well worth the $5.99 rental.
Just finished Joker as well. Great movie. There is not a role Joaquin Phoenix has been bad in.
Just finished the 4 part documentary Trump: An American Dream on Netflix.
It was interesting to see his story from unknown in the 1970's to President of the United States some 40 years later.

The Maladorian. Hollywood at its simple-minded best. Very well done but not very profound. Sorta like a book written by the smartest, most competent, person in the room, but intended for children.
Watching Braven (Prime video) a fine Canadian gritty action thriller, with a pipe of course.

Just finished "The Stranger" (1946) starring Edward G. Robinson, Loretta Young and Orson Welles. An investigator from the War Crimes Commission travels to Connecticut to find an infamous Nazi.

Just finished Braven. Even though it's a bit predictable and a little far fetched (bear trap scene) I still enjoyed it. I like this type of movie.
Just about half way into the second series of Narcos on Netflix, I really am enjoying it.
The lawyer and Escobar's go-between with the government Fernando Duque is ALWAYS smoking a pipe, I've counted 3 different shapes so far. In one scene he's talking with the Columbian attorney general and he's also smoking a pipe, you could see a tin of a blue Davidoff tobacco (I think) on his desk.
