At my daughter's behest, we watched Red Notice together.

Ryan Reynolds and the Rock played the same characters they do in every other film they're in. Gal Gadot was overhyped and underutilized. I think there was a storyline in there somewhere.

My wife called it one of the worst movies she's ever seen. (1/5*)

Over the course of time I can't count the number of movies we watched because one of our daughters thought we should from probably the age of 3 until even now with the oldest at 29, lol. Still enjoy watching with them, just having them come back home is terrific any time, but definitely saw quite a few that were snoozers. I still consider it a "win" that I had them watch some original Johnny Quest episodes and they liked them! I could never get them into The Rockford Files, haha, but both love Jeremey Brett and Basil Rathbone in Sherlock Holmes and they turned me on to Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock and I really enjoy those! Keep watching!!!!

Tonight the wife and I will finish the Reacher binge we started last night. It's on Amazon Prime. I'd read some of the books after seeing the first Cruise version and liked them better than the film, but thought the character was interesting. It's pretty good, so based on the first 4 episodes I'm giving it 4/5 for a TV series version so far - truer to the books and acting is pretty good on balance, we'll see where it goes . . .

The lead actor is a little more "ripped" and "hunky" than my interpretation of the guy in the books - kind of looks like he'd have made a good "super" gladiator on the old gory sex fest that was "Spartacus" a few years ago where in between everyone have sex with everyone and cutting each others heads and arms off the main piece of dialogue was a never ending stream of the word "apologies" - have a single malt every time they said that and you'd be comatose by the end of each show. I noticed when "Reacher" took his shirt off the first time my wife put on her glasses, haha.

Wife and dogs still asleep, made myself some coffee awhile ago and working through Old Henry - so far it is excellent, but working towards an inevitable conclusion. Worth watching it get there so far. 4.5/5.0.

The Book of Boba Fett, Episodes 1-3.
Rating 1/5*
The first half of this series is really a drag, I'd advise anyone who values their time to skip the first three episodes, the 4th episode seems to cover all relevant information to that point anyway.

Last night we finished the limited series (8 episodes) Clickbait on Netflix. I rate it 3/5.

The Brewer Family, who discovers that one of their own, Nick Brewer, is missing, having appeared on a viral video, which contains a chilling message saying that he will die should the video reach 5 million views.

I would of rated it 4/5, but it kind of dragged on and I'm not crazy about how it ended. Six episodes would of been enough.

I can never remember the name of this one...

But, it was funny, I laughed out loud a bunch, cringed, and it grated my nerves in suspenseful moments, and I guessed who dunnit long before Mrs Cosmic did, and it irritated her that I was 100% correct in my guess in how it was going to end.
There was just enough violence, although it would have been nice to have had more gore and heads being cut off, but they all can't be great works of art, And, the sex scene was good, but more just casual nudity would be been better. Isn't it always?

It was really good 5/5, Netflix... however, the teaser for the next season looks like it will just suck. YMMV

Sorry but I thought that show was just complete shit. It did have it’s funny moments, just because it was so awful. To each his own.
