Now smoking a bowl of Grassmere Flake using the 'Fold and Stuff' method whilst I check off my document production schedule. Thinking about it the term 'Fold and Stuff' sounds positively British and very gay and could be used in the context of 'Hello Giles. Do you mind if I fold and stuff you?'. I suppose it is similar to the American phrase 'May I push in your stool' which may not really apply to furniture. Well back to work. As an after thought the pipe is a 5' meerschaum 'cutty' circa 1896.
