I’m smoking some Yachtsman Plug in a BB Stanwell. (I believe this shape was created by Eltang if I remember correctly?) This is a great lil pipe, I was able to stack some coupons during a P&C sale and got it for the huge price of $9.99!

That Copper‘s ghost dusted a bowl of Prince Albert nicely, then the breeze picked up, so late in the afternoon I left the Amber 86 home and cheated with a Romeo y Julieta 1875 robuso.

One more bowl for a walk before bedtime. The air outside is cool and still. This Savinelli Sistina sandblasted 316KS has been sadly neglected, so I’ve loaded up some Hearth and Home Mid-Town Chestnut and soon we’ll be off.

Enjoyed a tasty Jazz apple, and now smoking year 2017 Peter Heinrichs No. 30 in a 2003 URAL full bend big bowl egg shaped Lattice meer with a black acrylic saddle stem. Cleaning a few pipes.

John Aylesbury Dragon Flake in a AKB Bulldog Meerschaum with Silver Accent by Tekin and 9mm filter. This tobacco actually tastes better to me with a 9mm filter.

Good Morning! It's officially September and I can safely say that due to all the disasters of 2020 I cannot name anything particularly of note for this year unless you count not spending any money as an achievement! The only thing about 2020 is that my tobacco consumption seems to have grown, maybe thats what keeps this Bat virus at arms length so far! Today I thought I would take my mid to late 19th century meerschaum 'cutty' out for a ride. It has a silver band, hall marked Birmingham with a lovely Baltic amber mouth piece. The case needs seeing too and I will be sending that off to my case repair man this week. He restores pianos so somehow this uniquely qualifies him to restore 19th century pipe cases. My tobacco for the morning is Black Irish X and CCP mixture which really seems to work, takes the edge off the twist and produces a room note that does not smell like a major party political convention. Enjoy September 1st!

That is a really good one. I had some gifted to me awhile back. I put some in with McClelland’s 5100 Red Cake for a unique smoke.
