Enjoyed a tasty Jazz apple, and am half way through this bowl of year 2020 D&R Raccoon’s Delight in my very reliable smooth straight post-1938 pre-Republic Peterson Sterling Canadian 263 with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Working and listening to Groucho starring in unedited episodes of You Bet Your Life from my own collection.

Not too hard at all, just once a day. Whenever I get an unsmoked pipe I give it at least a half dozen bowls in a row, I think today is number 7. It’s been an awesome smoker from the very first puff so it’s certainly not hard work!
That pipe has grain that makes it look like a Castello Great Line Collection grade. Can't imagine why the carver didn't put their name on it.

Close to finishing this bowl of first release Watch City Rhythm & Blues in a straight smooth brown 1920s-30s Sasieni patent 8 dot Marborough lovat with a black vulcanite saddle stem. A snack follows this smoke. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

About half way through this bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a late '80s, early 90s small bend medium brown smooth, unbranded Nording pot with a couple small rusticated spots, an amber colored acrylic ferrule and tapered stem in the military mount style. This will end my smoking day.

@Chaukisch Good 👍 to hear about your work on the "Clay King 👑". Does it mean it didn't turn out as you wanted it to?
I thought you might have been able to taste the honey 🍯 and lemon 🍋 in the mead soaked Gold Lemon Virginia.
What do you think the "Clay King 👑" blend needs?
It has to be well suited to the King's Clay:)
I also thought that there would be more honey and lemon flavor, the flakes in the jar smell great but they easily get overpowered by the Black Cavendish. I should've simmered the mead down with honey and lemon peel, that would've made a better sauce. I'll try some other mixtures and maybe even soak the flakes again.
