Viprati in a Stanwell. Mind blown tonight. I’ve smoked viprati after some drying and I’d get a sweetness to it. I set a bowl out for the morning last evening and didn’t get around to it until late tonight. Fired it up and thought - what the hell? It’s tart and sour. Not in a bad way. But, I’m amazed at how I more dry time completely changed the flavors I pick up at opposite ends of the spectrum rather than increase/decrease existing flavor profile. ?

Listing this a few minutes early so I can concentrate on work for a bit: Wilke No. 44 in an undated straight, smooth light brown unbranded short shank Bing-ish billiard with a long, tapered black vulcanite stem. Listening to The Saint as I work.

Having some more of the Weinig no 33 in a Canasta pipe, this morning. I don't remember what I have smoked previously in it. Could be another aromatic, a virginia, a burley or even a latakia blend. I don't dedicate pipes to blends, smoke everything in everything. Call me an ignorant, perhaps I am. On the other hand, I say that...:

Have a nice Wednesday good people.
