Doing some lunting with my dog up at the cabin with a workhorse 1312 Peterson system pipe and some four year old Scottish blend. I really enjoy the pipe but the bit is a bit too wide for me. Still a great pipe to take on a walk.
G&H Westmorland slice in a Chacom Royal squat bulldog, this is a pretty potent tobacco ,has very faint lakeland aroma )
McClelland Red Cake in a Louis Orlik export band military mount bent. The pipe itself has no markings, and it was a basket find. For purposes of comparison with Cringle Flake I think that for my part I'd have to smoke the entire tin to be able to review it properly. These tobaccos are subtle and understated, and I'd be afraid my imagination was interfering with my objectivity.

Solani Aged Burley Flake in a French billiard. I'm smoking more burleys lately. I didn't particularly love this blend when I first tried it, but after about 6 months I came back to it and now I'm thinking about buying a bunch. Goes great with this Indonesian dark roast coffee I'm drinking.
