McClelland Red Cake in a Louis Orlik export band military mount bent. The pipe itself has no markings, and it was a basket find. For purposes of comparison with Cringle Flake I think that for my part I'd have to smoke the entire tin to be able to review it properly. These tobaccos are subtle and understated, and I'd be afraid my imagination was interfering with my objectivity.

Solani Aged Burley Flake in a French billiard. I'm smoking more burleys lately. I didn't particularly love this blend when I first tried it, but after about 6 months I came back to it and now I'm thinking about buying a bunch. Goes great with this Indonesian dark roast coffee I'm drinking.

Half way through this bowl of circa year 2000 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 1980s smooth slight bend Wally Frank zulu with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Giving the Basil Meadows pipe a day off for a light cleaning.
