I won't say on a forum, but it was a lot!
I'm at the point now where I allow myself to come off my diet on Saturdays and Sundays. Which means I spend Monday through Friday fantasizing about what I'm going to eat on the weekend and since I can only eat a few meals each weekend I agonize over each decision like I'm deciding whether or not to press the nuclear button! Congrats on your diet success.

Now smoking Schurch Onyx in a Peterson Standard System 307.

Congrats on the diet and weight loss from a someone who is in a lifelong struggle with weight. A great mentor of mine used to say, “all things in moderation, including moderation”. It’s good to live it up once I a while!
Thank you. Part of my weight problem was due to the steroids I had to take for my hip last year. I gained fifty pounds in two and a half weeks. So, I got rid of that weight, and then decided to lose more. Once I got to where I wanted, I decided to do weight maintenance. Every couple of weeks, I take a couple days off for mental health, eat what I want - which is plenty - and don't count the calories during that time. Then, I go back to the diet. I am a disciplined man, and on diet days, count every single calorie, eat healthy, and exercise (regardless of whether I am on or off the diet). With help from a couple of friends, I found what works for me. The main thing is to not cheat when you are dieting. I never do that. I feel better than I have in years, like a man half my age.

Almost finished smoking Low Country Pipe & Cigar Natural Virginia & Burley in a 2020 straight black sandblasted Merchant Service “Bing” Standard with a nickel band and black vulcanite tapered stem. The dryness of this blend reminds of a D&R production. I should have packed it tighter. Very tasty stuff for little money. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.

Congrats to you as well.

I didn't know Onyx was still made. I used to smoke a lot of that back when I could afford to order overseas. Hope it's still as good as it used to be. I used to get Torina and Tarek Robusto from Synjeco, too.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple and some raisins, and am a quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2014 HU Directors Cut in a smooth straight Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Chatting with the fella who gifted me the pipe.

A third of the way through this bowl of Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a 2015 Basil Meadows Bing Crosby Merchant Service replica with a smooth straight thin shank, aluminum band and black ebonite stem. I may finish the day with this smoke. Just fed Suzy and Molly, did a load of dishes, and am reading for a bit.
