I won't say on a forum, but it was a lot!
I’m glad to hear that it’s working for you and I’m glad to see that you have such a caring wife. If it weren’t for our better halves, I do not think us men would even comprehend what is best for us; and if comprehending it, have the fortitude and discipline to pursue it. Keep on going, I know from experience that the results far outweigh the forbearance...and (may I suggest) give your wife a big kiss for helping you along the way.

Another sleepless morning, so I'm up and smoking circa year 2000 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Just tried to eat an orange that had less taste than rap music. No sweetness, no sourness. One star.

Thanks, man. M'lady's been very patient and helpful to me on the diet. As of now, I'm maintaining in a certain range as I'm a little thin now for my height and build.

Part way through this bowl of year 2015 D&R A.P. Rimboche in a smooth dark brown, medium bend late 1950s Parker Super Bruyere 45 with a “4” in a circle billiard with a black vulcanite tapered stem.

Thank you. Part of my weight problem was due to the steroids I had to take for my hip last year. I gained fifty pounds in two and a half weeks. So, I got rid of that weight, and then decided to lose more. Once I got to where I wanted, I decided to do weight maintenance. Every couple of weeks, I take a couple days off for mental health, eat what I want - which is plenty - and don't count the calories during that time. Then, I go back to the diet. I am a disciplined man, and on diet days, count every single calorie, eat healthy, and exercise (regardless of whether I am on or off the diet). With help from a couple of friends, I found what works for me. The main thing is to not cheat when you are dieting. I never do that. I feel better than I have in years, like a man half my age.
Good to hear Jim. We want you around for a long time.
