Three Friars won’t blow your socks off but with some age on it, it becomes pretty good. I really like it.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am near the half way mark of this bowl of Sutliff Cringle Flake (Holiday Edition 2024) in a 1960s Austrian meerschaum bent apple with a tapered yellow acrylic stem. Gold Star Hawaiian Kona Extra Fancy, neat, is my drink.

Finding my love for pipe smoking after a long cigarette-filled hiatus. Smoked a large bowl of 3+ year old HU Khoisaan with my morning coffee (black) and was amazed by how complex and enjoyable it was. One of these bowls where you don't want it to end!

Let's hope this is the time I finally escape cigarettes, every time I stop (won't say quit yet until I've been off the cigs for at least a year...) I always think "What a STUPID way to consume tobacco".

Keep at it brother. I am 10 months off of cigarettes. I picked up the pipe as a cessation strategy for the first time nearly four years ago. It took a lot of false starts but I finally feel I am done for good.
