Now smoking Rattray’s Winter Edition 2020 in a medium bend fumed tan crackled year 2020 Ahmet Govem reverse calabash meerschaum with a military mount silver band and black acrylic stem.
Mowing the lawn. Brebbia capped is perfect for this.
Rougaroux in the meer, with a beer, oh dear.
This blend… is an interesting one: the get go is lack luster and I think it’s going to be boring, but it just shifts to be one of the most enjoyable blends after 5 minutes. Eventually, I think I will try and cake this.

Now smoking Kohlhase & Kopp Summer Edition 2022 in a 2003 medium bent Ural meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl with a silver band and a brown pearl acrylic stem. Working on a review of this blend, too. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

A third of the way through this bowl of Kohlhase & Kopp Winter Time 2021 in a 1980s White Pipe straight, smooth octagonal paneled billiard meerschaum with an acrylic yellow cream colored saddle stem. Reviewing this one, too.
2023 Rhythm & Blues in a Stanwell... quite a different smoke from the BSF earlier (and more user-friendly!). Ernie does good work!

GH Broken Scotch Cake in an Il Ceppo
It’s really nice, rich, and complex. I’ve smoked quite a few of Ken’s blends, never smoked anything from him, that wasn’t top notch.
This makes me consider, sure, a lot of the big names out there, made by Sutliff, K&K, STG, etc., are doing some good stuff, but, consistency, is something I hear a lot about, up and down too at times, from the big names.
So...
Someone like Ken, small batch, more boutique, it’s my personal belief as a pipe smoker, and I hope others will also believe, we really need to support the little guys like Ken, because he really makes some top notch stuff.
I say buy some, and let me know what you think?
