The next pipe is a 1992 Cardogan era Loewe spigot Pot
To go with the 1992 Rhum J.M.
Both this and the previous Ashton feature silverwork by Les Wood

A bowl of Esoterica Stonehaven - a “sister” blend to the previous Germain’s Rich Dark Flake

Just a note on the Jimmy Craig Ashton Prince -
The drilling is dead centre and it has an open draw that many love.

These younger Britwoods are more than worthy of consideration

Had a light snack, and am smoking Wilke No. 72 in a pre-1974 dark brown straight Larus & Brother Co. Signature billiard with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem with the initials LCR on the top of the stem. This blend was smoked by Walter Cronkite.

I spent a couple of wonderful hours with my ZOOM friends as I smoked one of my father's pipes, a 1940s non-name "Imported Briar" Oom Paul filled with four-year-old And So To Bed from a newly opened tin, dried for a few hours. A very satisfying smoke. A tumbler of water and bergs on the side was my drink.
After the meeting, my wife picked up some dinner from Portillo's. Saturday was "Italian beef Day" in Chicago and Portillo's has one of the best beefs in town. Dipped with hot and sweet peppers. Yum!

Finished work for the day, fed Daisy the Feral Princess and Tomato the Braves along with leaving some dry food in a dry place in case one of the other ferals come by. Sometimes they will brave the rain and other times we won't. I'm almost finished smoking year 2018 Sutliff Dunhill Elizabethan Match in a 1982 smooth straight Dunhill Root Briar 31051 dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem.

Spent some time trying to deghost a meer and a briar, and have less than a third of a bowl left of year 2012 Carter Hall in a black rusticated medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 437/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. That'll do it for me today.

Good morning all. This cool and rainy morning would have been perfect for sleeping in, but the cats thought otherwise. So, I’m headed to the porch, armed with a loaded coffee and a bowl of BMP, to play a little catch up on here. Hope you all are having a great holiday weekend.

@UncleRasta , Happy Belated Birthday my friend! I wish the boys were playing meaningful football today. I’ll be watching regardless.

Cheers!
