My brother and I spent the week renovating a beach property. We spent all of 8 seconds on the beach to take this photo. The rest of it was 12-hour days of hard construction. But, we ended every evening properly.
My brother has smoked nearly every pipe I have, but this is his first pipe! I gave him a Savinelli 637 Luisa Fiammata Edition for his birthday. I bought myself a matching pipe, of course. It's an excellent pipe and an excellent smoke!

Try smoking the original in a big bowl, and then a prototype like I did to follow when I was doing comparison reviewing. It was good being in a comfortable chair.@condorlover1 and @woodsroad did their best to bury me deep, but I survived!
I would love to try the original if the opportunity ever presented itself. I'm bummed that I missed out on ashdigger's thread where he cut up an old plug to share...
Just finished mowing the yard, and now for some Two Timer double toasted burley in one of my opal inlaid bulldogs. I caught that flash of fire in the opal. I love opals.

Cobblestone Hiking in a Peterson System Standard B42. Played a great show last night and now I have today and tomorrow off. It feels good to relax.
Outdoor Hiking in an L Wood. This pipe was cherished by the previous owner, I think he had a problem with scorching rims, I have gotten a few pipes from him. If I remove the rim char it means removing more wood, restain, etc. I may just keep the char. 
That is quite a pipe! I don’t see grain like that on most Peterson’s. Is this from some sort of limited series?Uhle’s 44 in a Pete 264
