Last thing last night, SG Squadron Leader in a Stanwell straight bulldog with saddle stem, shape 32, in a smooth finish. My only complaint about my drink, stovetop percolator coffee, is that every year or so the percolator falls and either breaks or completely disappears the glass percolator dome. This latest one went went off into thin air. Fortunately, I cannibalized one off a larger pot, but now I have to get some replacements for the larger pot and for the future. This must happen regularly for others since they sell packs of four online. As soon as I get new ones, the lost one will reappear intact. Such is life.

The first kiss my wife and I shared was to the cool blue gas light of one of those all glass percolators! Thanks for conjuring up that pleasant memory from 46 years ago.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and have about a quarter of a bowl left of year 2013 Rotary Navy Cut in a post-1938 Pre-Republic Peterson Dublin straight smooth X155 bulldog with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Nigel Bruce smoked this model in two Sherlock Holmes movies. Please consider asking Smoking Pipes to bring back this model. Lavazza Perfecto, neat, is my drink.
