Enjoyed a late lunch, and am a third of the way through this bowl of Ken Byron Ventures MSP Thunderstruck Prototype in a medium bend 2001 Ural lattice Rhodesian with a yellow with white swirls acrylic saddle stem.

SPC Potlatch, a skillful blend of about six different tobaccos, in a Ser Jacopo blast, square shank, serpentine stem Dublin, after a comfort food dinner of roast beef and gravy over mashed potatoes, and really good 2011 Spanish red wine.

PS LTF from 9/'16 in a Lorenzo Eleganza Sigma. The toasted coconut sugar topping makes for the perfect summertime VA flake! And the few years age brought out a lot of bready, malty depth. If I could only pick one of the PS Luxury Flakes to devote cellar space to, this would be it.

About to do some reading and writing while puffing on my stylish A. Curtz Billiard and some C&D Visions of Calaphais. In the cup is what is left of a pot of Eastern Shore Tea Company's Black Raven, a Poe tribute. Of course, reading Marcus Aurelius, smoking Lovecraft, and drinking Poe I am mixing my literary sources shamelessly into an afternoon cocktail.
