Good morning everyone, trust your weekend was a good one. I'm smoking some Capstan Blue RR in my newish Castello whilst I track and chase a few parcels that are out in the wind with Australia Post.
Our weather is definitely accelerating into autumn here with dew, a distinct chill in the mornings and nearly always overcast for the first quarter of the day.

One of the Redcoats I met at the International Living History Festival last year gave me a clay bowl of this baccy; it suits the King's Clay.

How’s this pipe looking nowadays?
Haven’t really put too many smokes through it yet as it’s a long commitment but it’s starting to hue up a lil. Will probably take years to get it like your Tekin’s I’ll post a current photo next time I pull her out. Hope all is finding you well and your having a great weekend.

I'm really hungover, drunk too much strong cider, smoked some twist and had a toke on some pot .Was up till 5 in the morning listening to bluegrass, think I even did some singing.
I'm now having a bowl of St. Bruno in the Falcon and hoping that I don't bump into my neighbours
Proper full English breakfast will fix this should it occur next time.

I’m smoking 25 year old McClelland VA #27 in an Ashton Canadian. It’s been some years since I’ve smoked this. Back in the day, this was my favorite McClelland blend. I love red VAs, esp McClellands version of them.

I’ll need to tweak it a bit with some drying out. But it is as good as I remember.

For kicks, I read some reviews of the blend while smoking. A few people speculate that #27 is a broken flake version of 5100. I think that’s likely true. I loved 5100 as well.

Earlier, I smoked a bowl of year 2019 C&D Derringer in a smooth dark brown medium bend pre-WWII Inderwick’s (Comoy’s) Carnaby Street 37 stack dublin with a black vulcanite saddle stem.

I followed that up with a bowl of year 2013 Capstan Blue Ready Rubbed in a straight smooth brown 1933-1945 Comoy’s patent Grand Slam 127 billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem.

And I'm just finishing this bowl of year 2013 Capstan Gold in a post-WWII Bertram 60 straight smooth dark brown squat bulldog with a black vulcanite saddle stem.

Now smoking year 2012 St. James Flake in a straight 1968 Dunhill Tanshell octagonal paneled EK F/T billiard with a square shank and tapered black vulcanite stem. Going to clean a few pipes after a very busy afternoon. Daisy the Feral Princess has been a litle active this past hour. She's been walking around the den looking for attention. She's seems happy. We are still giving her meds.
