To start off MMM, Bowl number 7 for the A. Cevik canine, some fresher, 6 month jarred coins of PSLBF. First test of the stuff since I tried it right out the gate, and if memory serves me right, I think 6 months is when it starts developing into a real proper smoke, with it much deepening further down the line. A real fun blend that I think develops the most “visibly” in flavor as time goes on, especially in the earlier stages of long-term cellaring. I would say that this month I’m going to smoke more meers but meers are all I smoke anymore, so here’s to another month!

If someone could help me date this one I just finished refurbing - a Peterson’s Dublin and London 15 - I’d greatly appreciate it. Smoking some MB Dark Twist Cake in it for its maiden voyage.
