@Fralphog I'd like to see some photos of your sheep & lambs; which breed are they???

They are Katahdins, a hair bread, developed by a breeder in Maine,USA. They provide excellent meat lambs. Because they are a hair breed, there is no shearing or tail docking. All of this makes for a low maintenance sheep breed that provides excellent meat.
I will post a picture of this years lambs.

@Fralphog Never heard of this breed before! Sounds like a USA equivalent of the Wiltshire Horn, another naturally shedding breed:

Are/were they pets or food, or both? It seems unusual to name them if they're dinner.
