It is an underrated blend. I'm aging a pound of it that I got when it was originally released in 2016, and one of these days, I'll pull some out of a jar, and see how it has progressed.

They are Katahdins, a hair bread, developed by a breeder in Maine,USA. They provide excellent meat lambs. Because they are a hair breed, there is no shearing or tail docking. All of this makes for a low maintenance sheep breed that provides excellent meat.
