Was custom made by someone.

It seemed to me that a careful examination might possibly reveal some traces of this mysterious individual. You know my methods, Dr. Watson. There was not one of them which I did not apply to the inquiry. And it ended by my discovering traces, but very different ones from those which I had expected.

Just fed Suzy and Molly, and finished smoking Watch City Simply VOriental in a straight smooth medium brown 1930s Wilshire 5 bulldog (Comoy’s second) made for John’s Pipe Shop in Los Angeles with a black vulcanite saddle stem.

A quarter of the way through my last smoke of the day, which is year 2012 Carter Hall in a black rusticated medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 437/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Reading while this bowl lasts.

Good morning. After doing various household chores, an hour's walk, grocery shopping, and other errands. I start smoking with: Wessex Red Flake, in a pipe MM General. I know it is rash to say this, but at the moment the smokes in my corn pipes give me a fresher and more real taste of tobacco. I'm still smoking in the Peterson, it already has a thin layer of ash cake. However, it still gives me a somewhat more opaque taste. Well, I have to keep on discovering my concerns, between corn pipe and briar. I have to try other brands of briar pipes, I still have a long way to go.
