Thanks for the response.
To be honest- I also find it very difficult to describe my thoughts re different blends.

I usually say something like “this stuff is awesome “ or “this stuff is pretty good” knowing full well that these kind of statements are of zero value or interest to anyone lol.

I have been operating under the assumption we all copy and paste from @JimInks

My family: my wife, daughter, son-in-law, grandson, granddaughter and my sister, took me out for a birthday dinner (76!), to a local Greek restaurant, the Psistaria.
Great food and family warmth and love.
When I got home, I fired up a bowl of McClelland's Samovar in my Peterson Sherlock Holmes Original. I set it in the Peterson Sherlock Holmes pipe rest, a wonderful gift from LatakiaDave. Again, thank you, my friend Dave.
To complement my smoke, I had a few drams of Jack Daniel's Single Barrel-Barrel Proof (67.5% ABV).

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken parmesan and sugar snap peas dinner with a small scoop of vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. I'm a third of the way through this bowl of Wilke No. 515 in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This was the blend Basil Rathbone smoked. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Watching DuBarry Was A Lady starring Red Skelton, Lucille Ball, Gene Kelly and several great supporting actors. I don't think Lucy ever looked more beautiful than she did in this movie.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am close to finishing this bowl of Watch City Rhythm & Blues in a straight smooth brown 1920s-30s Sasieni patent 8 dot Marborough lovat with a black vulcanite saddle stem.

A third of the way through this bowl of D&R Windsail in a smooth straight dark brown family era “Canadian” by Sasieni with a black tapered vulcanite stem. Off to work now.
