Savinelli 140th Anniversary Blend in a new Savinelli Venere smooth 412. This 412 was in “my favorites” at SP for months and when it went on sale it mysteriously landed in my cart!
Oh boy, I just brought two more pipes, one a completely unused Yellobole Bulldog, no idea of the date yet. And what I can only describe as a pipe that would have been used in the old 1950’s tv series Flash Gordon or the ‘20’s silent movie Metropolis. Hmmm three pipes in three days.

Black XX in a Mastro de Paja Dublin. My first “nice” pipe, purchased from Iwan Ries. I have neglected this pipe for years, but I’m really liking its diminutive stature for rope.

I'm half way through this bowl of year 2013 Dunhill Flake in a straight smooth 1960 Dunhill DRA 137 group 4 root briar canted dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.

Been loading bowls all week, never to get a chance to light any of them. Finally home and have the truck packed for a trip to visit friends, leaving early tomorrow. Time to stop and enjoy this Haunted Bookshop in a 1950 Dunhill Patent Bulldog.
CD Corn Cob Pipe and a Button Nose in a Savinelli New Art Smooth 920 KS. Long day at work, stopped in the woods for the charring lights.
Enjoyed a tasty navel orange, and am now smoking Wilke No. 515 in a 1998 smooth straight Butz-Choquin Bistro 1501 pot with a black vulcanite saddle stem.
