Just finished smoking well aged 4Noggins Bald Headed Teacher in a medium brown, smooth octagonal paneled bowl and shank, medium bend 2016 Tim West Book Keeper 6 with a black acrylic saddle stem.

I have a somewhat similar Tim West, same panel-shaped bowl but in a natural shade, with a round shank and tapered Cumberland stem. It's one of my biggest bowled pipes and smokes very well. I trust yours smokes well too. I like the dark stain of yours as well as the square shank.

Gotta say I just love your photos. Having sweet Petes also helps but the variety and quality of the shots is just 👌
THANK YOU for the kind words AroEnglish. I really appreciate it. The Petes are the star!
I simply find since I retired that I am smoking pipes more. AND since the phone is always on me, I just use that portrait mode & compose away wherever & at whatever happens to be goin on in the moment. puffy be well

Almost half way through this bowl of Wilke Surbrug’s Golden Sceptre in a late 40s, early 50s straight black sandblasted Wagner British Thorn 495 (Comoy’s second) pot with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Saw a feral tonight that I haven't seen before. It's light orange and white, and was waiting near the door. I chatted with it through the door window, but it ran when I opened the door. I wonder how long this one's been around? It looks to be an adult.

Mine is a great smoker. It was designed by my very close and sadly late friend Art Arterburn, who used to be the admin. of Smoker's Forum U.K. Art gave me this one and a Tinsky Book Keeper, too. Art was a book keeper who had over 30 of this style made.

I'd like to see that pipe if you wouldn't mind posting.

Here you go. It was a gift from my wife over 20 years ago.

Nearing the last quarter of this bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a 1984 medium bend black grain etched Savinelli Non Pareil 9310 poker with a horn ferrule and a black vulcanite flared stem. Got this one for twenty bucks from a pipe shop that had a big sale. I sure have gotten my money's worth and more over the years. Had to spend time keeping Daisy the Feral Princess, Tomato the Brave, and Abner the Eager away from each other so all of them could eat.
