They make for a good slow 'tasting/sipping' pipe though or a conversation starter pipe ... for some reason people always ask what it is and where I got it and of course what are you smoking in it ? They don't ask about any other pipe I own.

Last time I passed by the Trevi fountain, a pigeon shat all over the front of my tweed jacket! That’s what I remember, ruined the day! Lol

That's good luck in some culture ! The pigeon got 10 points though. You can't stand still smoking your pipe too long in one spot !

This morning I had my first bowl ever of Viprati from a 2018 tin I opened and whiffed deeply from last night. 'Twas a Secret Santa gift.
In a smooth 314.
I really enjoyed it, different than others I've tried from the genre, I'll have a few more before I reach any long-term conclusions, but it was gentle yet interesting with morning coffee.
