That's going to be a stubborn ghost. I love EP and have a cob dedicated to it. The bowl note matches the tin note.
Yeah, I probably should have thought twice about smoking it in that Ben Wade. I do have a MM Little Devil Acorn cob - maybe I’ll follow your lead and dedicate it? On the plus side the Tashkent was pretty good with a little citrus zing

Of the big three traditional/classic briar pipe shapes - the 'Dublin', the 'Billiard' and the 'Bulldog' - it's the ''Bulldog' that has impressed me the most because it has so many iterations including different levels of quality - from the upmarket models with gold or silver furniture to the economy models with electo-plated mounts or unmounted. There's the handmade look with visible carving cuts, the oversized or the chunky as well as the dainty. There are the patent models and the squat bowls as well as the tall, the dark stain or the natural, the carved etc.
Basically a 'Bulldog' for every taste

Now smoking D&R Windsail in a smooth straight dark brown family era “Canadian” by Sasieni with a black tapered vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Listening to the Lux Radio Theater version of The Westerner starring Gary Cooper and Walter Brennan. Still working.
