Sorry to be a downer but I just heard that another friend got taken by cancer this weekend, he was 54 and like the last one he had no idea he had it until a week or so before he died. Two friends in as many months.
I’m so bloody angry at the moment I feel like smashing something, but I’m gonna get drunk instead.
I’m Smoking something in the GW clay, Juno I think, I wasn’t paying attention.
I missed this, I am very sorry to read this bad news, a big hug and I hope you soon get your life back to normal and cheer up. A Big Hug

A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2015 D&R A.P. Rimboche in a smooth dark brown, medium bend late 1950s Parker Super Bruyere 45 with a “4” in a circle billiard with a black vulcanite tapered stem. This will get me to dinner time.

I'd love to have a video of you loading, lighting, and smoking your pipes. I think it would be very helpful to see a seasoned piper's processes.

Using my Linkman's Deluxe straight smooth Dublin w/tapered stem a 9726 to burn leftovers of some HH Burley Flakes, Vaper Crumble Kake, and maybe some stoved VA or smidge of perique...
Since I bought and had help installing my roll up shade on the porch I've been able to use it longer in the mornings. It faces due east. Only took me 22 yrs to think of it.

G. L. Pease Haddo’s Delight in a Savinelli 616.

Evidently my knowledge of historical eccentrics is lacking. Only on the forum some time back did I learn that “Haddo” was a book character based on Aleister Crowley, and also the pen name he used to write a critique, accusing the author of plagiarism.

Crowley supposedly smoked rum-soaked Perique, hence the emphasis on those two elements of this blend.

Crowley was a weird dude, but this Haddo’s Delight is awesome ?
