On to the next new one. Time to give St. Bernard flake a go in a little Stanwell that i adore.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and have passed the first third of this bowl of year 2018 Solani 633 in a straight 1954 patent Dunhill 148 Group 3 black shell bulldog made for the France market with a black saddle vulcanite stem. It's raining so we brought Daisy the Feral Princess in because she knows how to behave around our cats even though they don't like her. Abner the Eager, Harry the Hairy and Tomato the Brave are somewhere outside.

It has ended up as a three-bowl night, two I already mentioned (HH Bold Kentucky and G&H Brown Flake Aro). But I just opened my first tin ever of Balkan Sasieni, and OH MAH GAWD is this delicious, with a fantastic room note. This is a lovely discovery for me, as I managed to snag like 6 tins of it via CigarBid this week for like $5 per tin. I'm in love.
Now smoking Seattle Pipe Club Give Me Liberty in a straight smooth medium brown pre-1920 straight Marechal Ruchon & Cie. Royale apple with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem.
The next pipe is a Sasieni One Dot Specially Selected tapered stemmed straight Bulldog shape 18 with a “fishtail” script.

A nice bowl of Newminster 403 tonight. I think this will get better with a few years of age. There is some harshness, but still a pleasant smoke. Happy weekend friends!

Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2014 Astley’s No. 55 in a 1915-1920 straight smooth dark brown BBB Own Make 150 apple with a silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
