HH Bold Kentucky in the bowl of a bog-standard bent pipe to begin the night's smokes, to be followed by my first bowl of G&H Brown Flake Aromatic in my MM Country Gentleman cob, knowing that it'd ghost anything else.
This Bold KY is... well, let's just say that I set the pipe down before my 4th relight, and came inside to eat something as my head is a bit woozy. I hear tell that the Brown Flake Aro will be more of the same.

5 year old HU Janneman Flake in a GBD Century grade Conquest size saddle shank author. Only a couple of bowls of this left.
Just got the latest TAD drop, so have a few new things to try. First up, HU Edward G. in an unnamed danish freehand that has survived a few rounds of herd thinning and is going nowhere. Excellent for VA forward blends and especially flakes. Always loved how felt in the hand, too, so she's a keeper.

Peterson Royal Yacht in an Altinay translucent meerschaum billiard
Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and green beans dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2013 Capstan Blue Flake in a straight black sandblasted 1924 Parker’s Super Briar Bark 11 billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. This pipe was made in the second year of Parker production. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. The Braves-Padres game is about to start.
Breaking in this Peterson Archive pipe with some Germain's King Charles. First time with this blend and I like it, but wouldn't really say it's anything special. Truth be told, I'd take Rattray's Red Rapp or GLP Westminster over this one.
