Now smoking 1990s Edgeworth Ready Rubbed in a medium bend dark brown 2017 Don Warren 17 smooth straight grain rough top Dublin with a multi-brown cumberland stem and ferrule in the military mount style.
Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am almost half way through this bowl of Wilke No. 515 Double Shot in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This is No. 515 with twice the rum of the Basil Rathbone blend. Daisy the Feral Princess and Tomato the Brave are eating. I'll feed Harry the Hairy soon, but I'll need to stay with him to make sure that the possum I chased off won't come back and eat his food. Abner the Eager isn't here.
Smoking Granger in a Grabow Crown Duke with a blue spade. This stuff bites like a yellow jacket, it does taste good though... It'll be a relief when I finish this jar nonetheless. Sweet tea is my drink, as I do some reading.
Half way through this bowl of year 2020 Angler's Dream in a 2018 natural smooth medium bend Peterson 03 apple silver spigot military mount with a tapered black acrylic fish tail stem. I'll end the day with this smoke.
Samuel Gawith Perfection in my old CPF this morning. The stem actually unscrews into two parts, with the bulb being a secondary moisture trap after the well in the stummel. I discovered that quite by accident. This one is a bit extra special to me because despite its age, it came to me unsmoked and awaiting its first light.
It's finally not brutally hot and humid outside! That calls for a celebration!
My meerschaum is full of a John B Hayes aromatic called Spruce Stream. It tastes and smokes like a codger burley but slightly more aromatic. It goes pretty well with coffee.
