Hey, what's a little lead poisoning if everyone was having a great time.It’s a raw loft space that gets rented out for a variety of events. The gritty, exposed brick look has been very popular in New York for the last twenty or thirty years. When Susan and I looked at various parts around the place, we approached it like homeowners, and wondered if the water damage on the beams had compromised structural integrity, and if the peeling paint was giving everyone lead poisoning.
