Did a bit of snacking, and am smoking Wilke No. 72 in a pre-1974 dark brown straight Larus & Brother Co. Signature billiard with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem with the initials LCR on the top of the stem. This blend was smoked by Walter Cronkite. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Finished the story I was working on, and am back to work on the one I was doing before that rush job came to me.
I started Friday with Haunted Bookshop in a Tekin.
Followed by Bayou Morning in an Altinay.
Later it was 2017 Cumberland in a George Boyadjiev.
Which was then followed by another bowl of 2017 Cumberland in a Vauen.
And I decided to end my day with yet another bowl of Cumberland in a George Boyadjiev.

Going to have Cornell & Diehl Pirate Kake in a Peterson 999 Ebony Silver Spigot Rhodesian.
Now smoking year 2018 Sutliff Dunhill Elizabethan Match in a straight smooth brown 1960s-70s BBB Own Make 506 Canadian with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem.
I let it sit out for an hour and a half. It was perfect and no relights. The stuff they use out there is a little different than just wet. Almost feels slightly sticky.

Work's done for the day, and I'm a quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem.
About a third of a bowl left of C&D Derringer in a late 1890s, early 1900s straight smooth brown unbranded billiard with an A&D silver cap and ferrule with a tapered amber stem and orific bit. This will end the day for me.

No volunteer day this weekend; next one's on Thursday next week. Next Sunday they're at Temple Normanton so I'll be catching the same bus I got when I went to Nottingham pipe show. No Redcoat or clay pipe this time though
The Clay King was a big hit with the crowd in Nottingham!
@captpat I enjoyed it in my clay pipes; I think it burns a bit got in a clay pipe though; need to make it sure to pack it properly...
