Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am passing the quarter mark on this bowl of year 2016 Newminister 400 Superior Navy Flake in a straight smooth brown year 1948 Parker Super Bruyere patent 23 88/F bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Gold Star Jamaican Estate Reserve, neat, is my drink.
Listening to Joe Pass and Oscar Peterson myself recently. Coincidence? Such inventiveness and virtuosity—yet so melodic.

Close to finishing this bowl of year 2022 Mac Baren Burley London Blend in a smooth medium bend 2011 Rinaldo Collection Fiammata Silver Line 7 Odea 04 flame grain bulldog with a silver band and a tortoise shell acrylic saddle stem.
Now smoking that Gawith and Hogarth that I was drying out earlier.Great flavor.

Did a second set of walking reps, and am close to finishing this bowl of year 2015 D&R A.B. Rimboche in an undated slight bend, smooth flame grain Wessex Standard egg with a brown accent on the black vulcanite saddle stem.

Eying some Stoved Red Virginia with a touch of added Cavendish OR some Newminster Superior Navy.
Really craving a strong, rummy, plummy navy flake, but alas, I have none. Guys, Maine is beautiful, but it really bites that you can't receive orders by mail, and there are zero good B&Ms in the vicinity.

Now smoking year 2012 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad.

In the photo of the Musketeer with the clay pipe there's no smoke coming from his clay so there's no baccy in it. I couldn't have asked a Musketeer to light my clay pipe with his match cord on that very windy
day at Bolsover Castle 
I've got a length of slow match to light my clay pipes.

It takes a bit of puffing to get it lit but then it smokes like a champ and relights easily.
