That is a classy looking pipe. I have always been partial to bent pipes until recently. I have some old straight pipes that went neglected until recently (Sterncrest, Royalton, Nob Hill, Wally Frank, Grabow). Needless to say, I have seen the light and added Kaywoodie, BBB and GBD to the mix.
I wanted that pipe the moment I laid eyes on it. I never, ever expected to own it, but it fits my style, and I am grateful to have it. Speaking of style, it's a timeless one, and a great smoker, too. I love military mounts and spigots.

For most of my smoking life, I preferred bent pipes, but like many others who I know, I've gained more interest in straight pipes as I have gotten older.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am a quarter of the way through this bowl of SWRA in a 1979 straight smooth Dr. Grabow Grand Duke 45 pot with a black tapered stem. I'll probably end the day with this smoke. A cup of hot tea is my drink. Still at work, and listening to Calling All Cars.
