2004 C&D Bayou Night in a Peterson 309 System. I took the stem taper down a bit because the stem stuck out a little too far for my liking. I haven’t smoked this one in a while.

I have that issue with the stem as well what method did you use to take the stem down some, never have done this before.

Morning all, hope the weekend was kind to you all and you're ready to go to work. I'm smoking Ennerdale in my Pete 301 whilst I watch my dogs do some exploring out the window. Cool grey clouds about today as well but no rain, season is definitely changing here in the mountains.
