That is piece of art! I’m glad you’re smoking it though instead of putting it in a showcase. That Cumberland stem is off the rails beautiful!
Thanks! Simon does really beautiful work, and his stems are among the most comfortable I've experienced. Love that "LCS wave" shape.

While I understand those who keep certain pipes pristine as art pieces, personally a pipe is most beautiful when it is being used for its crafted purpose. This pipe has such wonderful sinuous curves and edges, it is a sensory joy to hold and smoke.

Up early, and smoking year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Have several blends to review, and got another along with three beta test blends. It's going to be a very busy day.

On the menu for today's morning commute was Old Joe Krantz in my Country Gentleman with a forever stem paired with a delightfully black coffee.

This is one of those blends I didn't  get when I first had it and thus set it aside for a good while. One day, while in the garage working on something, I tried it again and it clicked. Much like @BurleyVonPuffington mentioned.

Hope you all have a great Wednesday!
