I asked @telescopes about a quintessential Gawith & Hoggarth blend to try, and he suggested Brown Flake Scented. Bought 4oz and just tried today. I had tried 1792 flake and Ennerdale previously, which while maybe acclimating my palatte to the Lakelands concept, were not blends that I ended up jibing with. Brown Flake Scented however I actually love. Smoked it in my Vauen Topas.

My own potpourri in a BriarWorks small bent apple rusticated with light amber brindle stem, and Prometheus lighter. By the weekend, I have enough of this and that blend left over in the drying tray that I can have a bowl or two of a little bit of everything. It's usually pretty good, since I usually like all the constituent ingredients. I'm hoping I have enough left for a bowl in my big Pete's Sherlock Lestrade after the rain stops.
