I tend to have a very high tolerance for both Vitamin-N and caffiene. Still, 100% burley, and coffee? THAT's a pick me up. Was it on an empty stomach? I might have a tic in one eye if I did that.Pretty lousy out. Granger in this Rattray's apple is an improvement. More coffee.

Thank you! Unfortunately, I don't get much smoking time at home, except for weekend mornings and if the house is empty. So if I don't bring her along for the occasional car ride she won't get smoked nearly as often as she shouldUhhh . . . such a beautiful pipe but, why would you risk it in an outdoor commuting environment?![]()
Simply gorgeous. I've never pulled the trigger (but have come very close) on a purchase of a nosewarmer length true high end custom. Tsuge's stuff is beautiful, but that thing is tiny AND has bamboo, so it would have to be a near perfect featherweight pocket pipe. What's the weight (or lack thereof) on that thing?Having Match BS 957 in my new Tsuge Sandblasted Bent Dublin with Bamboo (362) as an inaugural smoke. The bowl was coated so I see no need to do a break in. So far it’s smoking great though I’ll need to get a 9mm adapter. View attachment 368961
Thanks. I don’t know if I’d call this one a nosewarmer but I am in love with it already. I had been looking at getting one of these for a few years and pulled the trigger a few days ago when TobaccoPipes or CoJ was clearing them out at 75% off. So I wound up grabbing this for about $60, a true steal in my book. SmokingPipes have them and the info you want should be listed. https://www.smokingpipes.com/pipes/new/tsuge/moreinfo.cfm?product_id=607771Simply gorgeous. Welp, you'd be correct on the nosewarmer thing. According to this, short isn't enough, it requires really short, and then on top of it, a large bowl. I'm looking at an expensive handmade "nosewarmer" by a famous maker whose pipe doesn't fit the definitions of the thread. Yeah the Tsuge lineup looks amazing for the prices, even at normal sale price. Ive commented in the past, especially when looking at others beautiful pipe collections here, that I absolutely could drop some money on a very nice pipe, but I’m a brute who doesn’t take as good of care of my pipes as maybe I should and why I stick to factory made ones when I’m buying new.Welp, you'd be correct on the nosewarmer thing. Also, I have to buy one of the new line Tsuge branded pipes, since yours fooled me into thinking it was a handmade original of his, at about this type of price, most likely: https://www.smokingpipes.com/pipes/estate/japan/moreinfo.cfm?product_id=631827
Regardless, you have a gorgeous "pretty short but not quite a nosewarmer," and frankly, for an incredible price, using incredible in a GOOD way.
